Vitamin D, Omega-3, and Exercise Effects on Aging

New evidence shows that these 3 bio hacks have a significant effect on longevity. See the following Reddit article: Can Vitamin D, Omega-3, and Exercise Actually Slow Biological Aging? New Study Says Yes!

Summary: The article discusses a study from the DO-HEALTH trial, which examined the effects of omega-3 supplements, vitamin D, and exercise on biological aging in older adults. The study found that taking these supplements and engaging in regular exercise slowed biological aging by 3 to 4 months over a 3-year period. The combination of all three interventions had the most significant impact, offering additional health benefits like reduced risk of infections, falls, and certain cancers.

Author's Personal Experience: I have incorporated these 3 bio hacks in to my lifestyle for over 5 years. The effect on my overall health has been positive. The most obvious observation is my immune system is able to resist common illnesses more effectively. Other than a mild case of COVID-19, I have not had any major instances of colds or flu in the past 5 years. Granted also take 500mg of Vitamin C daily. However in my estimation these findings are accurate, thus my recommendation that they be part of any mid-life male's lifestyle (see: Vitamins, Minerals, & Supplements)
