Multi-vitamins for Men 40+

Vitamin C helps with improved immunity and an excellent antioxidant. Recommended dosage: 500mg

Vitamin D helps with calcium absorption and bone health.  Most people are deficient in Vitamin D who live in higher latitudes or spend most of their time indoors. Recommended dosage: 1000iu

Vitamin B12 aids many biologic functions, especially the nervous system and red blood cell production.  Many people are deficient in this vitamin and don't realize it.  Recommended dosage: 1000mcg

Minerals

Magnesium is an essential mineral and used by many biologic processes.  It promotes healthy sleep, and aids with blood pressure regulation and heart rhythm.  Recommended dosage: 200mg

Zinc is an important mineral for men's health.  It boosts immunity, but also has a positive effect on prostate health and testosterone levels.  Recommended dosage: 30mg

Supplements

Quercetin is an anti-oxidant that supports immunity and heart health. Recommended dosage: 1000mg

Pycnogonol is an anti-oxidant that has a number of positive health benefits, including blood pressure and blood sugar control, improved circulation, and erectile dysfunction,  Recommended dosage: 100mg

Coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10) is an anti-oxidant that supports cell function and cardio-vascular health.  Recommended dosage: 120mg

TestosPrimel supports healthy Testosterone levels.  it's a blend of magnesium & zinc + several herbal supplements (Tribulus, Chrysin, Epimedium, Tongkat Ali, etc.)

Omega-3 are fatty acids that are primarily found in fish products.  They support heart, brain, and join health.  Helpful especially if you do not consume a lot of fish in your diet.  Recommended dosage: 1000mg (EPA+DHA)
