R/BIOHACKERS

There are many resources on the Internet for biohacking. This is the only one I look at every day - Reddit: r/biohackers As with any social media source, postings need to be validated before taking action on any advice. I have read many interesting recommendations, testimonials, and a plethora of information on all kinds of potential biohacks. Some posts have confirmed advice I have already posted here on this site, such as vitamin D deficiency is common.
I glance through the articles every day to keep up on the latest ideas, and to gather new information about hacks I already do. If I do try any new hacks, I'm always conservative in how I apply them, testing the effects and evaluating the results. I have started, and stopped, several supplements over the past few years using this method, for instance, Lions Mane. Also remember that every body may react differently to the introduction of a new biohack, and make sure you pay attention to interactions. The reason I stopped Lions Mane was because it lowered my blood pressure too much.
Check it out. My handle on Reddit is ComprehensiveRock842.
